Most project details in the contact form are optional. Data is used to respond to enquiries, perform an initial technical review and analyze service requests.
Contact and project records
Your preferred contact method, contact details and optional project information may be stored in the server database to assess your request and respond. Detailed technical information is entirely optional.
File attachments
PDF files or images attached voluntarily to a request are not published in a public web directory. They are stored on the server; old or unrelated uploads are removed during maintenance. Please avoid uploading sensitive personal information or trade secrets.
Analytics
Request types, sectors and selected features may be analyzed in aggregate to understand which services are requested most often.
Assistant
The assistant's local guidance engine does not permanently store message content. If optional AI-assisted responses are enabled and the user activates this option, messages may be sent to a configured external AI service such as the OpenAI API after patterns of personal data are masked. The assistant does not make binding commitments about prices, regulations, clinical use or certification.
Data minimization and retention
Most form fields are optional. Technical event logs do not contain chat text; only limited information such as anonymized event types and topic categories may be stored for analysis. Retention periods for request records are configured according to operational requirements.
